I saw that my mom had a desktop calendar that showed her the appointments for the day and it stayed open on her desktop. I can’t find anything similar for Windows 7, anyone know where I can find it. I looked through the Gadgets but nothing jumped out as the same calendar.

I just bought a Sony Vaio P Series laptop with 128gb SSD (Model 3: VGN-P598E/Q). It cost me $1499.99 and comes with Vista. Should I upgrade to Windows 7 when it comes out? Is it worth the money? And does anybody know where I can dowload the Windows 7 Beta for free? Without bugs or anything? Because Microsoft won’t give out Betas anymore.

I can get the $30 copy because I’m in college, but I don’t know if it’s really a good idea to upgrade my netbook designed for Windows XP. I’m just worried that some programs that I use might not work, and I might not be able to get all the drivers I need. So I just want to ask those who upgraded to Windows 7: is it worth it?
