So I had Vista HP Installed, then I created another Partition, and Installed WIndows 7 on it. So i am on 7 now, but when I power on, I see no option to boot windows vista, yet there is still c drive with vista stuff. I have used easy bcd but even that does not see windows vista. what do i do?
im getting windows 7 when it comes out because i get it for free and i was wondering if it came with a little sticker for my laptop to replace the vista one?
Everytime I open up WL movie maker on my main account on windows 7, it crashes saying that a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. If open up the program on the guest account, It works fine. Whats going on?
I have the windows 7 RC (32-bit). I just ordered a Vista Ultimate disc off ebay for $100. This disc will bring me back to Vista directly? EG: Upgrade, not clean install. And yes the disc is new.

Also, if i were to have to wipe it, how would i get ALL the files onto a detachable hard drive?

Question: Will I have to purchase another version of MS Windows 7 if I activate and then change the motherboard and CPU? My fear is that I may need to purchase another MS Windows 7 license.
